Pros:
Staff at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando Fl is very nice. The entry way and check-in counter is very large. The check-in process was quick for such a large resort. Rooms are said to be very comfortable and those staying in suites really like the upgraded amenities and space. The balcony on the suites is a great addition to the stay. The pool is huge with tons of seating at all locations. The shallow entry running through the middle of the pool is quite unique and is an easy way to get in an out of the pool. Kids had a blast on the water slide. Food was really good at the pool. The water taxi was an easy way to travel to the parks.
Cons:
The parking is not free so be sure to include this in the overall price when booking. Loews Sapphire Resort Orlando is nice but the transportation by bus is very slow. When it is raining the water taxi's stop running so you have to either walk to the parks or take the bus. Volcano Bay, the water park is accessible by the bus but can be a little confusing when you try to catch it back to the Sapphire Falls Orlando Resort.
