Pros:
Customer Service is some of the best around Pigeon Forge is what many of the guests say about the Music Road Inn in Pigeon Forge. The home away from home feel is something to long for. What a joy it was for our Romantic Weekend to have an in-room Jacuzzi and a Fireplace. Mountain views are special and staying on the top floor gave us great scenery from the balcony. Water Slide and Lazy River at the Water Park were a big hit with the kids and they do not want to stay anywhere else. Guests also like the WiFi and thought it was good in every location in the Music Road Inn Pigeon Forge.
Cons:
Not many poor reviews but there were a few who had some problems with guest relations and felt that their issues could have been resolved in a better way. It would also be nice if the breakfast was changed up from time to time. With the changing of the times it would be great if there were a few more electrical outlets and USB ports would be an awesome addition.
