Sofitel Bora Bora Marara Beach Resort Reviews
Pros:
The majority of people who visit and write about the Marara Sofitel Resort really enjoy the staff and the Infinity Pool that overlooks the beautiful Lagoon. Being able to jump directly in the water from the Overwater Bungalow was a great highlight of the trip and snorkeling was fun as well. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staying next to the Matira Beach was nice and the views of the Mountains and Sunsets were just incredible.
Cons:
There are definitely some mixed reviews on the Sofitel Marara Resort in Bora Bora and most of it centers around the worn down parts of the Property. Even the guests who love the location feel that there could be much better up keep on the buildings and simple things like the hand rails. The snorkeling around the Lagoon is not the best so be sure to book an excursion around other locations in the island for the best underwater views.
