Pros:
When you find a property with an above average rating in the 90+ percentile, you are sure to have found a winner. Guest use the adjectives, wonderful, gorgeous, relaxing, peaceful to describe how great their trip was. The staff is said to be some of the best in the area. The water play area has so much to do with Zero-entry for our smaller kids and everyone loved the lazy river. The older kids had a great time on the two (2) large water slides. Food is very good and we had a great time watching the fireworks from the Capa Lounge.
Cons:
Some guests feel that there are a few things visitors should know when visiting the Four Seasons in Orlando Fl that may drop your expectations a little. Understand that the 4 Seasons is in the Walt Disney World area and will be very busy during the high traffic seasons. It can also get noisy in the public spaces with kids running everywhere. The dining options are limited with only a couple of restaurants for dinner onsite. This is a little surprising for such a large 5 star resort.
