Pros:
How else can you say it? A stay at the Marriott Grande Villa is what you would expect from this level of Resort on the Ocean at Hilton Head Island. It is so lush and beautiful. As you can see, with an above 90% rating, it is loved by most of the guests who visit. Visitors come back time and again because of the spacious Villa's with a Full Kitchen and Laundry Facilities. It is like being in an upscale Home location with everything you would ever want in a Resort. The Pools are large and wonderful for the whole family. Adults really enjoy the outdoor bars and there is live music on some nights.
Cons:
There are a few issues that come up with some maintenance that is said to be a little slower than expected for a resort of this level but overall still a really nice stay. Even some of the guests who have stayed in the past mention that they felt that the staff was not quite as accommodating as in the past. The Management responds to most of the reviews on TripAdvisor and seem to want to keep up with any problems that might arise.
