Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort

Pros:
The reviews are a bit mixed at the Beach and Tennis Resort Hilton Head Island. Those who rate the Resort High really enjoy the location and that it is a Beach Front location. Some of the Villas have views of the Ocean and the Private Balconies are wonderful. Grounds are kept nice and are clean. The pool is huge and right next to the sand making it great to leave the ocean, wash off an jump in the pool. Having a Kitchen in the Villa was a wonderful extra and we saved a lot of money by not eating out.

Cons:
To be fair when reviewing the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, you really need to understand that each of the One and Two Bedroom Villa's are individually owned. This means that the Resort itself is not responsible for keeping the Rooms updated and some of the Villas are more up to date than others. This can certainly account for some of the very mixed reviews. Some of the guests felt the staff could have been friendlier and the beds are a little hard. It would have been really nice to have private laundry in the Villa.
