Pros:
Wow! Not quite a 100% above average rating but for an economy to moderate priced hotel, the Clarion Inn Dollywood Area really stands out for a lot of guests. Visitors just really like the cleanliness of the rooms and the extremely friendly staff. Over and over this hotel ranks as one of the best around. The pools are great for the kids but the adults get in on the fun too. The breakfast is great every time.
Cons:
It is pretty rare that you find a Hotel rated this high and with so few negatives but there are a few. A number of the guests talked about the pillows not being great and said to bring your own. Also, some wished that it was a pet friendly location.
