You know you must be doing something right if you get compared to Disney, right? Well, the Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge without fail gets rated as one of the best places to stay in this area. Those who love Christmas cannot go wrong and the kids are in an area of wonderment from the singing Santa to the Christmas cookies left out each evening. The rooms are mentioned as clean and comfortable while the staff goes above and beyond says many of the people who visit. Oh, and guests continually make over how wonderful the breakfast is.

So, it is probably a very slim chance you will have something to complain about at the Christmas Place Inn but there are a few guests who have some issues. One thing that pops up often is that the Indoor Pool is not warm enough and does not feel heated. Some of the guests have mentioned that the rooms they stayed in could use some updating.
