Disney Orlando Hotels with Monorail
What is the first image that comes to mind when you think of Disney World? Certainly Mickey Mouse, Cinderella’s Castle and Family fun but there is nothing much more iconic in the Disney World area than the incredible transportation system. Many guests visiting for the first time are determined to stay in one of the Disney World Hotels on Monorail and for good reason. The Disney World Monorail system only connects to a select few Disney World Deluxe Resorts.
Which Disney World Hotels have the Monorail?
The first thing to know before booking your stay in Orlando is; “Which Disney World Hotels are on the Monorail System?” Would you believe there are only three? That is the truth! On top of that, all of the Disney Hotels with Monorail service are Deluxe Resorts. This unique, single track train runs in a loop around the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Polynesian Village Resort and the Contemporary Resort.
Where does the Disney World Monorail go?
If you stay in one of these Deluxe Disney Resorts connected to the Monorail, you will have direct service to the Magic Kingdom which is connected to the main loop. If you get off the main Loop at the Disney Transportation and Ticket center, a second Monorail track will take you to Disney’s Epcot. The Disney World Monorail does not go to Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios.
