Pros:
Luxury at its finest is what most guests come to expect and the Four Seasons Resort in Ko Olina, for most guests, grants exactly that. Just beautiful from the entrance, to the landscaping to the pool and ocean. The Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and suites are immaculate. The food is very good at the onsite restaurants. It is easy to tell that management does a great job at the Four Seasons Ko Olina, everyone is so friendly.
Cons:
As with most 5 Star Resorts, the Ko Olina Four Seasons Hotel does not have an overbearing amount of negative reviews. There are some. The parking is quite expensive, in actual fact, everything is high dollar when you stay at this resort. Some who visited felt that the beaches could get overcrowded because each cove is available to guests at other hotels around Ko Olina.
