Pros:
Classy, is the word one guest used to describe the overall design and attention from the Kahala Resort in Honolulu. Exceptional service from check in to room cleaning and even the beach and pool wait staff. From top to bottom, every aspect of the Kahala Hotel meets or exceeds expectations. There is no better family adventure or even fun for a couple than to jump in the area with dolphins for a swim. Definitely a "must do" if you visit, you will not forget it. Take the complimentary shuttle to Waikiki and spend a day shopping.
Cons:
In some of the reviews, there were a couple of mentions about the staff lacking a little in the service area and not quite up to the 5 star standard that the hotel is built around. Most people who visit like to take advantage of the Dolphin Adventure but there are others who feel it is not how dolphins should be used or displayed.
