Pros:
Great customer service at this level hotel really sells it for me. Everyone is polite and works hard to meet your expectations. The rooms are very clean and perfect for a business trip to the Anaheim Convention Center. Shuttle service to the Parks is a must for a hotel that is not in walking distance to Disneyland.
Cons:
Very few below average ratings but there were a few who felt that the rooms could be a little more updated. Some other small issues arise for guests but they seem to be fixed in a very timely manner.
