Pros:
While there are some mixed reviews about the Anaheim Majestic Gardens Hotel, the majority appreciate the tranquil Gardens and the close proximity of the Hotel to the Disneyland Parks. The Bunk Beds, in the style of an old castle seems to bring much joy to the kids who visit. The rooms are larger than some of the other properties around and they are well kept. The shuttle is responsive and comes every 30 minutes or so to take you to the parks. Convenience is the best reason to stay is how many of the guests feel.
Cons:
Most of the Average and below average reviews of the Majestic Hotel in Anaheim have to do with the staff. Some complained of long check-ins and that they were not treated as professionally as they could have been when problems arose. Others wish the Hotel had a free breakfast option. Rooms could use some updating but others mention that rooms are up to date.
