Pros:
What a great location and modern feel to the Residence Inn Anaheim Convention Center. Perfect for a business trip with plenty of room to spread out and walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center. Our kids had a wonderful time in the Suite with Bunk Beds. The splash park on the roof by the pool was exciting to them as well. The Breakfast is huge and has a lot to choose from. We walked to Disneyland and California adventure each day and it was not bad. It took about 15 minutes to get there.
Cons:
Although most of the guests felt that the staff was friendly there are a few that mention that they were not dealt with in a professional manner. The management seems to stay on top of this, at least through the replies on TripAdvisor. Some also talk about housekeeping not always doing the best job.
